Our pretty Fisherman's Cottage is situated in the quaint seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea on the North Norfolk coast. Located just 150 yards from the picturesque quay, it offers a wealth of charm and character. The wonderful sandy beach lined with beach huts (some to rent) is just a short distance from the cottage and is backed by dunes and pine woods.
About the accommodation
Our cosy brick and flint cottage built in 1835, is only a short walk from the quay side, restaurants and pubs, and sleeps 4 guests.
From the picket-fenced front garden, the front door opens into the drawing room with open fireplace and exposed ceiling beam. There are comfortable settees, colour television, video, cd player, books, puzzles and games for your enjoyment.
The dining area has an oak table & chairs. The roomy, country style kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. There's ample storage space. The kitchen opens onto a terrace area and lawn with open fields beyond. Table and chairs are placed here for you to enjoy an evening meal or sip drinks, while the sun sets over the pinewoods and sea beyond.

Letting periods are Saturday to Saturday. Occasionally part weeks are available at short notice, primarily in the winter months. So that the cottage can be cleaned, we ask that you vacate by 10:30am on the day of departure. The cottage will be available at 2:00pm on arrival.
Although we adore animals, in consideration of our other occupants who might be allergic we have reluctantly decided not to allow pets at the cottage. We also have a NO SMOKING POLICY. The cottage is not suitable for very young children. We hope you understand.
Cancellation information
In the event of a cancellation for any reason prior to final remittance, the deposit will only be refunded if the accommodation can be relet for the full period of your intended stay. In the event of cancellation for any reason after the final remittance has been settled 28 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable and the balance will only be refunded if the accommodation can be relet for the full period of your intended stay.
